  • Request for a copy of your medical records as per protocol.

  • Be treated with respect, consideration, compassion and dignity, in a safe and clean environment regardless of your age, gender, race, origin, religion, sexual orientation or disabilities.

  • Be addressed by your proper name and to be informed about the names of the doctors, nurses and other healthcare team members involved in your care.

  • Full protection of your privacy, dignity and confidentiality in care discussions, examinations, and treatments.

  • A clear and understandable explanation by your doctor about your diagnosis, as well as the benefits and risks of each treatment, expected outcome and change in medical condition.

Confidential Patient Feedback Form:

  • At the time of discharge, we request all patients to provide us written response in patient feedback form which is a confidential document.

  • Those seeking the cashless route would have to visit the insurance desk / TPA desk for the hospitalization of the patient. When the patient arrives at the ward, our ward staff will orientate the patient to the ward and the facilities available.

  • Patient feedback forms are available at Nursing Station or Reception.

  • Your feedback is a source of information for management to improve the services and take corrective actions towards patient care excellence. This will help us to assist you in the better way.

  • We do have a feedback form online. You can also fill the form online for any employee in the hospital.
